"Extremely bad and frustrating experience. I visited Union Bank for two consecutive days just to open a simple bank account, and every single time they gave the same excuse — “server issue.” They completely wasted my time and showed zero concern for new customers. Finally, I moved to Bank of Baroda, where my account was opened instantly on the very same day. This clearly shows how careless and inefficient Union Bank is. Worst service ever for new customers 😡😡😡"
